Tori was wonderful with my little scary Coco (This was our first time with The Sudsy Traveler). Coco acts like she's big and bad (She's a mere 12 pounds), but Tori wasn't at all intimidated by her. She was so GREAT with Coco; talking to her and keeping her calm the entire time. Her Haircut and full-service groom came out beautiful and I will be using her services again and again. She was very comfortable with Tori and sat the entire time very calmly. Tori was professional, thorough, and very gentle with Pearl. The haircut was the best she's had and her paws were impeccable.
